Availability of the Product
Once the order is processed by the Order Department, DELLACONTE reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the goods, verify the validity of the transaction and verify the DELLACONTE.COM customer card. Customers will be informed if, for some reason, the ordered item is not available or the order can not be processed as requested.

How do I know if my order has been paid? 
After the purchase, the Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail and then a shipping confirmation e-mail.

DELLACONTE ensures delivery within 7 business days. This means that the ordered package has a 1-7 business day - time for ready delivery. Estimated delivery times are used only as a guideline and start from the date of placing the order. 
DELLACONTE.COM is not responsible for delays caused by agglomerations from postal services.
Once your order has been placed, you can no longer combine orders or add items.
